Under the general direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Critical Care Director is responsible for maintaining the efficient functioning of the Emergency Department and the Intensive Care Unit on a twenty-four hour basis.  In collaboration with members of the Medical Staff, this individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided on the ER and ICU by all levels of practitioners.

Employment Requirements:

·   3-5 years of emergency medicine experience

·   MUST have demonstrated leadership experience  

·   MUST have BSN; MSN preferred

·   MUST possess or obtain Texas RN license
