HOUSTON, Texas — Intelli-Source, LLC, announces key additions to strengthen and elevate level of services provided to the U.S. Healthcare market. During this time of extreme economic uncertainty and sky rocketing unemployment, the old guard of Human Resource Consultants and Executive Search Firms have elected to pare down and wait until the market unveils itself that it is safe to come back out and do business as usual.

Intelli-Source has become embedded with the troops of industry and has made a tactical call to be on the front line when our clients need us the most – listening, responding, and forging a new service model which better fits today’s ever changing business landscape.

“The executive search business is changing and I have unfortunately witnessed numerous organizations go under because they choose to maintain the status quo. We feel it is time to streamline our processes and strengthen our staff to adjust to the ever changing marketplace. Identifying talent today is changing, and we have spent a lot of time and money to understand these changes and how they affect the economy as a whole. We are truly committed to being an industry leader and establish the new ’standard of service’ to the Healthcare sector,” said Richard Garza, CEO Intelli-Source

In the course of the last ten years, Intelli-Source has played a diverse role in providing an uncompromised, top of the line, elite level of service to the Healthcare, Engineering, Human Resources, and Accounting and Finance market sectors. Our firm enjoys a national reputation for excellence in recruiting, and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality, responsiveness, and tangible value-added results.

We believe the time has come to expand and strengthen our services to the Healthcare vertical market. We have made additions our team, including an experienced Physician Recruitment Specialist, who is well versed in today’s labor market. This group’s main area of specialization is in sourcing qualified Physicians, Residents, and Fellows for Hospitalist Groups, Emergency Physicians, as well as varied Physician Specialists through Private Practice and Healthcare institutions. In addition, we have a Senior Healthcare Partner who will lead the Healthcare Search group, in the acquisition of Mid-level Practitioners (Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Advance Practice Nurses, CRNA’s and Midwifery).

“According to the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics, healthcare job vacancies are reaching crisis levels – now indicating critical shortages of specialized healthcare workers including Physicians, Nurses, Operating room, and Allied health personnel. We continue to strive to keep up with our client’s requirements by constantly enhancing our process methodologies and technologies, as well as aligning ourselves with key market partners, who have the same vision and commitment to quality as we do,” said Laura Matthews, Talent Acquisition Consultant / Senior Healthcare Partner

Reports of shortages in some specialties, such as General or Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, or in rural or low-income areas, should attract new entrants, thus encouraging schools to expand programs, and hospitals to increase available residency slots. However, because physician training is so lengthy, employment change happens gradually. In the short term, to meet increased demand, experienced physicians may have to work longer hours, delay retirement, or take measures to increase productivity, such as using more support staff, to provide services.

“Despite a softening economy, the demand for physician executives has never been greater. We are not seeing a slowdown in the market place. In fact, Intelli-Source is currently conducting over 100 nation-wide searches for various Physician specialties. We have seen first handed that Healthcare facilities are in constant need of additional Physicians, Mid-level Practitioners, and Nurse support staff to accommodate for the growth in major metropolitan and rural areas,” said Ricky Ybarra, Intelli-Source Healthcare Search Group, Physician Strategies Specialist.

In addition to the above mentioned clinicians, Intelli-Source is also involved in nation-wide searches to include key members of Nurse Management, Hospital Administration, HIM, Director, Senior Operational, and C – Level Healthcare Executives.
