Intelli-Source maintains strict client information
privacy policies and safeguards client information
and unauthorized intrusions.

Intelli-Source's privacy concerns focus on the protection of client identifiable information which an individual or company expects to be kept private. Client identifiable information is information which can be associated with a specific individual or entity, including, for example, a client's name, address, fax or telephone number, e-mail address, and information about activities that are directly linked to them.

Intelli-Source has put in place the following Privacy Policy to protect client identifiable information. This policy covers Intelli-Source and applies to all client identifiable information that Intelli-Source obtains when a client registers for or uses Intelli-Source's services.

Disclosure: Intelli-Source will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any client identifiable information derived from the registration for or use of an Intelli-Source service without the consent of the client (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the client or others).

Collection and Use: Intelli-Source will collect and use client identifiable information for billing purposes, to anticipate and resolve user problems, or to create and inform you of products and services that better meet your needs. This means that Intelligence Source may use your client identifiable information, in conjunction with information available from other sources, to market new services to you that we think will be of interest to you, but we will not disclose your client identifiable information to third parties who want to market products to you.

An exception to this policy is The Intelli-Source Connection Web site where job seekers place information deliberately in order to seek employment or career advancement. The purpose of this site is to provide this deliberately entered personal data to potential employers. Even on this site, this information is only accessed by our qualified client job providers and is used for no other purpose. The individual using The Intelli-Source Connection chooses the amount of information available and controls its availability.

Collection of usage data: Intelli-Source servers automatically gather information (IDs and passwords) about each page that a client visits on our Internet Web sites. This collection of data is used to identify and report to our system if this user is allowed into specific areas within our Web sites. This information is not used for any other purpose. Intelli-Source uses non-persistent cookies (not stored on your hard drive) to perform these functions.

Security: Intelli-Source uses security features to safeguard the privacy of our client identifiable information from unauthorized access or improper use.
