 production increases of sheeting. Duties included problem solving in areas of batch mixing. syrup flow,

 rotating equipment, positive displacement pumps, color metering pumps, belt tracking, sawing, palletizing, &

 packaging. High pressure vacuum pumps for deairating high viscosity syrup for Acrylic sheeting. Clean in

 place  for syrup systems. Process Engineer on hydrogen peroxide expansion. Resolve environmental problems

 (hazardous waste incineration, landfill, waste water) per RCRA  & CERCLA rules.

 Also ergonomics study & implementation. ISO 9000 certification program

 

Duties included rotating tissue and towel converting, conveying & packaging equipment, R&D of rotating

packaging, conveying & production equipment using ergonomic guidelines. Responsible for engineering

automatic case packing, palletizing, stacking & stretch wrapping systems, and warehouse conveying of single
