Senior Researcher has overall responsibility for scientific clinical trials of investigational and approved contact lenses and/or contact lens care systems.
Specific responsibilities include study protocol development, collection of data through patient evaluation, statistical analysis and interpretation of the data, and presentation of results in written and oral format to project development teams. This must be done while complying with study protocols, departmental SOP’s, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines.
Requirements:
| Education : | O.D. degree (or equivalent) |
| Experience:Skills: | 2+ years in product development and/or research.Working knowledge of experimental design, clinical trial implementation and management, and data analysis.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Preferred Level:Valid and active license to practice optometry, or ability to obtain.
Familiarity with regulations and guidelines for the conduct of clinical trials. Experience in technical writing/reviewing/publishing of scientific information |
