Family Health Clinic is seeking a Mid-level Practitioner!
Nestled in northeastern North Carolina only an hour from Norfolk and in the middle of an outdoorsman’s paradise!
Full relocation provided – excellent opportunity to join an existing group practice consisting of 3 other Family Medicine Physicians.
Work a 4 day work week – hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm! Existing patient base averaging 25-30 patients a day.

Must have a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in an inpatient setting or Family Medicine practice.
